I flashed this literally 7 different times, it always failed in "Failed to update product image"
I am done with this, redownloaded 4 times on PC AND PHONE, still not working...

Hello to all,

I have a question, I am currently on the GLOBAL V12.5.2.0.RJOMIXM (redmi note 9 merlin), the bootloader is unlocked and I would like to try this rom, except that I can't find anything in recovery.img (twrp or other) corresponding.

I recovered the patched boot and the patched vbmeta V12.2.0.RJOMIXM which corresponds to circumvent the overwriting of a custom recovery by the original one.

fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot flash boot boot_vd171.img

but then if I don't find a suitable custom recovery I'll have to continue using the stock rom and I don't really want to do that.

If someone can help me

Does not work your rom

- redmi note 9 - (merlinx)
- last firmware V12.5.2.0.RJOMIXM
- baseband etc last updated
- vbmeta patched (v12.5 etc)

Tried it with several different recoveries downloaded here

Always the same result

- format ok
- install ok
- reboot system Fail

Does not reboot on the system but invariably on the custom recovery

tried the same way with PixelUi and CrDroid and they work

So it's useless to say that you have to try with another recovery I have done them all !!!!!

Hello :) it's me again.

I recently update to 3.2 Pixel Extended Rom and i'm having problems with my phone, it's turning off by itself everytime I lock it, then when I turn it on and I wait a minute it get stuck while unlocking the phone. And I been trying to solve it since october and it's just a pain in the ass because I have to use MIUI. If somebody knows how to solve this I'll be so glad. Thanks

Noob user here, I am scared of breaking my phone, and just want to get away from MIUI, hence trying this ROM out. How do I install this ROM without a custom recovery (no TWRP, my only experience with flashing is that I flashed a magisk patched MIUI rom to get root)

Also how do I get magisk/SuperSU on this ROM?

I have a question, will any banking apps still work on this ROM without any information like 'your device system is custom' or something? Also, will Google Pay still work?

I can't download the ROM..... It gives me warning: The "/merlin" file could not be found or is not available. Please select another file.

Where I can download the ROM?

Hello everyone,I'm new here.
There is a question what the OSS means? What's the difference between OSS and Non-OSS?

Please advise steps how to flash :):)
Flash MIUI 12.0.1(fastboot flash only!)(if you're on non OSS build)
    • wipe Dalvik/Art, Cache, Internal
    • Flash rom in recovery
