Redmi Note 9
Calls not working guys. Can't send or recieve calls or messages. Not even OTPs.
My device Merlin on MIUI 12.5.4.0 Global Stable RJOINXM. 4GB 64. I tried IMEI Repair By VD171. IMEI working but no calls or messages. 😥😥

I then rooted it with magsik. Safety net is working fine. And the device is encrypted.

Great rom, will update this after using it for a while. But the overall work is great. Highly appreciated. 👍

Installed v3.9 on MIUI 12.5.4.0 INDIAN. Rooted. But calls and messages not working. Can't send or recieve calls. Tried without root. No luck. 😥😥

Hi, i have a question. Banking apps like Gpay or regular bank apps will work on this ROM? I once heard that Official ROMs don't have a problem with banking apps but I believe it was about some other phone.

Well, as no one replied to me I think I'll just install it.

But I don't know how to start, I saw some guide here about flashing but it's too messy for me and I think I'll end up with bricked phone or lost IMEI.

Can someone explain very carefully how to do install this ROM from stock Global version? I mean how to install recovery, what to do after that etc.

The best rom for redmi note 9(merlin NFC). Why?
1. Stable and fast
2. Banking apps work normally
3. No root and magisk needed to hide bootloader.
4. YASNAC and Safetynet pass without problems.
5. It already comes with google play. After ROM Flashed, just use.
6. Battery saving.
7. Settings with more graphic customization options.
8. NFC working normally.

Disadvantages:
1. Minor graphical interface bugs (doesn't bother me)
2. does not identify fast charging. (does anyone know how to solve it?)

Comparing with other ROMs, so far it was the best one that worked for me.

This is a really good custom ROM for daily use, but after 2/3 days, battery drains kinda quick, how do i fix this?

I love this rom, really takes the best of the phone. One problem thought, OTA Updates is using my data package and consuming around 2gb a day. Can't seem to block it, any help?

I'm testing crdroid and I'm enjoying it. It's official, seems to be faster and more stable.
I'm testing with android 12L v8.7
Worth a try.

    You can just downgrade the vendor before installing the rom.
    Basically just flash this before the rom and it should install

    Yes! I updated this morning to PPUI 3.10 and had the reboot issue as well. Updated the firmware to Global in my case (South Africa) and it's been about 20 minutes without the sleep / reboot happening.
