In that case you always have to clean flash the rom instead of dirty flash.
I just flashed clean flash. Like previous version as on 06-11-2020. That doesn't have any problem. Moreover today I flashed the previous version as on 06-11-2020. Flashed Nik Gapps basic. No problems. After the same time I just updated and installed the latest version, through system updator, that also gone to bootloader.

Wth, in that case I'd suggest flashing a fastboot rom. You can find the link on XDA itself. What ut does is it flashes OOS to both slots and wipes data and all. After that flash rom from twrp.
Once I was stuck in bootloader and this worked for me.

Did anybody manage to install Xposed? I tried EdXposed, both YAHFA and SANDHOOK and they both cause the ROM to stop loading (installed through Magisk). Flashing edexposed_uninstaller succeeds though, so no hard.

Did you flashed latest Syberia Rom? For me only this verson going to bootloader. The previous versions no problem. Updated through system, that also in vain.

Yea, I'm on latest Android 11 Syberia. I understand now that there are Alpha versions for EdExposed (YAHFA and SandHook) - I used the stable ones from Magisk, which are for Android 10. I'll wait for an update on these Alpha ones.

if you are updating to a new build just dirty flash new build in twrp and reboot to system no other steps are required..make sure you are using nik gapps .
I'm using Syberia 3.9 version. New Rom TWRP included? I will try a clean install flashing OOS in both slots with recovery and boot to system, then in twrp flash latest ROM, wipe data and cache, reboot recovery, flash NikGapps, boot system.?

Yeah, those steps should work.

I also had problems with syberia booting to bootloader with the previous version and today's version. Turns out flashing another twrp was the reason (yes, twrp is included).

Edit: I got stuck with this again and did more detailed testing. Flashing twrp after syberia booted me into fastboot. Only way to boot the system was to flash magisk. I used the modded magisk, not sure about others.

I can't install oss in b, since I always get some strange files and I can't find the rom

1: Check you are in Slot A
2: Install OOS 10.3.5
3: install TWRP installer
4: Reboot Recovery, you should be now on B
5: Install OOS 10.3.5
6: Install TWRP installer
7: Reboot to Recovery
8: Now Wipe and just swipe Factory reset
9: Flash Syberia.zip
10: Flash TWRP installer
11: Reboot to system and setup
12: Reboot to TWRP again
13: Flash Gapps
- Reboot
