You can also do an msm readback. Open msm tool hit F8 on your pc. Tic boot image and hit start. Will output boot image on root of your :C /drive. Take and patch and flash in fastboot. Gl

That will happen if you're u don't go to recovery first and wipe data. Factory reset

yes im on a11 (oos slot_a & b)

it stuck on bootloader loop 7-8time and boot to stock oos rom on slot_b

No I am on T-mobile and cant access the dialer.
Also I ADB to install and it stops at 47% and cant get LTE/5G to work

I'm using T-Mobile and 5G is working fine for me on this ROM.

How did you install it. One I cant find a TWRP that works, and second it wont install past 47% on adb sideload. Couldnt install it through TWRP the one time and only time I was able to boot to TWRP. Appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.

Website linked in the op explains the 47%. That's just a bug. And the dialer is how you turn signal from lte to 5g. Not sure why you can't get to dialer if your booting device and can see there isn't 5g?

TWRP doesn't exist yet for Android 11, that's why you can't find it. Use PixelRecovery to install the ROM.

If you converted your T-Mobile phone to global, you need to go back to T-Mobile firmware using the MSM Tool, then update to Android 11, before you flash the ROM.
