When GApps are fixed and work perfectly in Android 11, I'll remove the included gapps

But under xtensions > lockscreen > fod icon picker - there's no entry for changing the fod pressed state colour

I've seen a few users mention that they've changed the fod pressed state colour from white, on the telegram group

Why dont use recognizing animation effect there is no problem.

Yep I'm using animation effect already which works fine without any issues

I'll see if someone gives an update on fod pressed state colour on telegram at some point

I removed it because some users were complaining about it, white seems to be the color that works better for everyone

The ROM has both Traditional (Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau) & Simplified (China) Chinese included as system language, if that's your concern?
Not sure if you can change it in Setup screen (usually system language option available at first boot before entering the setup), but you can change it in Settings > System > Language & Input > Language after entering the home screen.
I believe the ROM included most (probably all) languages available on AOSP.
