SourceForge is indeed slow but you can use other mirrors if available. Otherwise download on PC using IDM. (You can also try ADM on phone but I'm not sure if it will increase the speed).

Amazing ROM with smooth performance and great battery life.
But I am facing a mildly annoying issue with 'back' gesture where apps(Instagram, Snapchat, etc) are also registering the edge swipe and navigating to the page on right or left.
I am able to restrict back gesture to bottom half of the screen but the apps still detect edge swipes on whole screen.
I believe a lot of people will appreciate if someone can provide a solution.

This is one of the best ROMs out there. It's stable and smooth and has some really neat features. But I have a few suggestions that I and many users will appreciate:

1. Firstly, the app lock is still not fixed but I guess that's a problem with AOSP code or the Evolution X source code. But it would still be nice if a fix is available any time soon.

2. Second is the game mode. This is a feature that people really want even in other ROMs. I know that this ROM already has a nice gaming mode but many users will appreciate if the gaming mode from MIUI is ported to this ROM. Or if not ported completely, but atleast some features that are missing from MIUI's game turbo can be implemented into the already existing game mode like answering calls hands free and restricting full screen gestures in games (not completely disabling gestures, but requiring them to be double checked).

Overall a great ROM, one of the best. Cheers to the developers. #keepevolving .

This forum is for K30 and Poco X2. K30 5G is a different phone, you should check the official website to find out if a build is available for your device.

How is the battery backup? Does it have the option to control the screen refresh rate? If not what is the default refresh rate set to?

Yes its has options for 60-90-120hz options. Battery backup is good enough. Easily lasts for one day of medium usage in 120hz

It has been removed for some reason. You can still access that from search but it won't work.

After "Evolution X" installation, (w/ 2 updates done already)..., on latest update (evolution_phoenix-ota-rq3a.210905.001-09080840.zip), I made a clean install and still my fingerprint hardware still not working.

My last install sequence was:
-went to recovery (PBRP if that matters)
-flashed vendor (though I read vendor is already included) [PHOENIX-V12.1.3.0.RGHCNXM-11.0-vendor-firmware.zip]
-flashed Evo X ROM [evolution_phoenix-ota-rq3a.210905.001-09080840.zip]
-wipe (data/cache/dalvik)
-format Data
-go back to recovery
-flashed majisk

Can anyone point/guide me to the right direction?
Any help is appreciated!

Maybe try clean flash MIUI through fastboot and see if it works there. Then flash Evolution X.

Thanks for this awesome ROM sir. Just a small little quirk. The Netflix app is not working with this ROM but it was working with the previous 5.x version. Can it be fixed with future update?
