I asked about this problem on telegram and a very pro dev @Pulkit Agarwal gave me a fix. I just had to push 2 files via adb in vendor/lib/rfsa/adsp.

Why this build doesn't support mirco sd exfat or ntfs like lineageos17 or pixel experience 11 for redmi 5? I can't find anybsolution for this problem.

I have a problem that maybe it was present in the previous builds as well but i did not notice. While in a call the volume can not be adujsted on both speakers (receiver and speaker).
There also seems to be some kind of issue with microphone in calls sometimes. People can't hear me after they call me for a few seconds.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
