He's referring to a custom rom Android 10 Resurrection Remix. Or rr as he states.
sweet, thanks. RR or 11? Depends how good 11 can get. Will upgrade around new year, hopefully 11 StatiX will be functional
I will stick with RR until a new version comes up. Rom works great, battery life is better than pixel experience, it has a lot of personalize features, power saving options, etc. I love it. The OTAs work great aswell. Best rom so far for me.

But I got loop to the bootloader when I flash Magisk v21 by the TWRP. Anybody can help me resolve the problem? Thanks

Try a clean install here's the steps you would take.
•Advanced Wipe - Cache, System, Data, Internal Storage and Dalvik cache(optional)
• Format Data - type YES
•Start flashing (I normally follow this order) - Rom of your choosing, GApps package if necessary *DONE FOR NOW*
• Setup - use your device as normal throughout the setup process and make sure everything is the way you would like.
• Enable unknown sources and developer options
• Turn on OEM unlocking and make sure your root permission is correct inside developer options(if option isn't available just continue, not all roms have this option), check usb debugging.
• Finally flash magisk and wait an enternity for it to boot.
Let me know if you have any issues with this process. These are the normal steps I follow when setting up a rom on any device so it is not specific to the Nexus alone. If you still have issues either reply or pm me.

1. Get and flash TWRP FBE 3.3.1.
2. Reboot to twrp, from twrp choose reboot -> recovery. This will trigger the proper system mounting.
3. Wipe dalvik and cache.
4. Flash magisk
5. Wipe Dalvik and cache again
6. Reboot system and wait around 1 to 2 mins.

After that I can't boot to the OS and then I tried flash TWRP and flash Magisk v21. Everything worked now

I got encrypted the storage after restart first time. Anyone can help me how to fix it? Thanks!

It just format the device, after I finished setup and try to restart again I still get the same issue that the storage encrypted

When you restart your phone it automatically reboots to twrp encrypted right? What does twrp says? In the logs
No it reboots to the system. After that I reboot to TWRP I saw that it can read and modify the storage maybe TWRP can decrypt the storage. I don't know why the system can not install any application and I can not access to the sdcard by the file manager application. In this case I only a way format and reinstall the rom but after that I got the issue in the first time restart.
Anyone can tell me the rom enable encrypt the storage as default and can not disable it, right?

Woah dude you're on statix v4.0 first build which had storage problem try the last one.
I'm not sure but I think I have the lastest version that statix_angler-20201019-1053-11-v4.0-UNOFFICIAL.zip, you mean this version?
