First of all I want to know what kind of apps you are using. I can't believe how u are getting only 3 hours SOT.
If you want to switch to another kerner then you can just boot to recovery and flash this No. 912 OSS Battery variant kernel.
For backup you can go to recovery and take backup of boot or just dirty flash the rom zip and you will get the perf+ kernel back.
i use these apps like 99.9% of my screen usage: Whatsapp, Telegram, Youtube, Chrome, Vinyl music player, and Clash of Clans.
i aso have Onedrive and Google Photos and Drive sync running in the background...i used the same apps on A10 ROMs and battery was far better....clearly there's something wrong with this ROM, but you're saying battery is good in your case so i really don't know what's goin on but you should try and figure it out... i mean there must be something different in your device or something 😕
Edit: btw 3 hours SOT is the maximum i'm getting cuz it's almost draining the whole battery on idle...it's truly terrible knowing how good the Mi A3 battery can be 💔

1) Sry to say but it's unfair to compare Android 11 with Android 10 usage when we there's a alot of change between both Android versions and we have to use SAME ANDROID 10 kernel in Android 11.
If you can't much difference in No912 kernel then you can try Fenix Oss Kernel also.

2) You said you are playing "Clash of clans" game too which i can see is the only difference in both of us.
Games usually drains more battery than the other apps and As i said we are using Android 10 kernel on Android 11 that can be the cause too for more draining.

Also i want to know that you are using mobile data or wifi?
In my (and as other's experience) experience Mobile data and Hotspot consumes more battery than the Wifi.
Below is my observation for difference between A10 and A11 battery consumption:

Android VersionMobile dataHotspotWifiSOT
10✔✔❌8 Hours
10❌❌✔10 Hours
11✔✔❌6-7 Hours
11❌❌✔7-8 Hours and sometimes 9-10 Hours if offline streaming videos

well i can assure you SOT in my case is far less than any of these numbers and i'm on wifi
also i've been playing COC for years and it never eats battery since i play it for 30-40 mins in a single day at most and most days it's 10-15 mins
i'll try switching kernels in a few days ( when i have a more stable internet) and see if it makes a good difference...

I have no idea how someone can get this much worse experience where am getting this. (It is few days old ss)
Well, I didn't mean to be negative. The overall experience with the ROM is very good. I just have these 2 points: longer times to fix the GPS and lower battery life. I was mostly on Wi-Fi and can't pass of 2 PM coming from 7 AM, i.e., 5 hours to come from 80% to 20-25%, during three days. Maybe, as you've said, is the difference between Android 11 and 10. Maybe, some Google apps/services (or any other system service) are waking up the phone.

Incerdibly bloated with too much Google garbage. It should've either had just the core GApps or none at all IMHO.
Go report it to playstore who is bloating!!
It's your laziness or stupidity who didn't said NO to google playstore to download those recommended apps(when it was asking for changing font size and wallpaper stuff) just after login of your Google Account!!!
And instead of posting here u can just simply uninstall the apps🤷🏻‍♂️

I was referring to SYSTEM apps, not user ones that I could easily uninstall you moron.

Now after some tweaks in radio setting 4g started working with volte and volte it never work in any rom which I flashed
😥😥
Vodafone don't comes with VoLTE.
When you will call some it will be 2G only be default.
You need to call on Vodafone customer care or you can simply email them too for upgrading your 4G sim to VoLTE.
It's free of cost. I did that (but VoLTE is not permanent on calling, sometimes it works and sometimes don't)

Hi, I have a problem, I don't use an SD card but whenever I try to download something through browser or play store it says I have insufficient space on the phone... I am not sure what I have done wrong?

same problem. I solved my problem with:

download stock patched image and zip file from https://sourceforge.net/projects/shrp/files/laurel_sprout/
boot into fastboot mode.
erase boot on slot a and b.
learn your current slot and write the stock patched shrp image on the other slot.
reboot into shrp.
wipe system, dalvik and data.
select format data and type yes.
(after this, I flashed the rom via adb sideload mode but if you can copy rom and shrp zip files into your phone, flash with your phone's internal storage)

sideload steps:
advanced ---> adb sideload ---> select wipe cache and dalvik cache.
type adb sideload <your rom file direction> on your pc
go to the same sideload menu DIRECTLY and type adb sideload <your shrp zip file direction>

after sideload/internal storage flash, do a format data again.
reboot and enjoy :)
hope this helps.
