I really want to use this rom as a daily driver I just want to ask one question, is the volume panel the stock one or does it have any alternatives styles?

The volume panel is the stock one (and it's a bit buggy), and I don't think there are any alternatives styles yet, hope they add it soon. You can still use third-party apps to change it.

This rom is really amazing, thank you dev, smooth and awesome, for nova launcher that crashed for some it was enough to disable/enable the system webview. Did not found a solution yet for brave browser as it's a problem on all a12 roms even official one on pixel but I decided to give a try to vivaldi and it runs great. The only annoying "problem" for me is 2px over padding in the statusbar clock, not beeing aligned to icons, that's all, just waiting for the implementation of the arrow features.

Have you tried Arrow 11 before? How does it compare?

Is the image boot_alioth.img the one provided in the second post ? Because when I try to patch this one I get an error failed through Magisk

@palaych
Can we please have the new boot.img of the update 21/10/23?

I need root. Booting the first boot_alioth.img after patching it doesn't really work on the new update.
So we kinda always need boot.img extracted until a working TWRP is released.

latest boot.img for those who need it. I extracted thanks to above posters.
Extract payload.bin from the zip of the rom,
Put playload.bin file into input folder, start playload exe and wait until finish, you will find boot img into output folder.
Everything worked just fine for me.
Good luck pal 😁
Edit: Not sure why the boot.img wont let me upload it. gonna try file hosting it somewhere else.

Currently running ArrowOS 11 - is this now stable/Official? Or is it still in beta? I need a stable phone (or atleast mostly stable) since I (unfortunately) don't have time these days to switch back and forth from arrow 11 to 12... please advise... and as always thank you very much @palaych for all your hard work!!
For now my device is very stable, smooth, and battery is great.
I think there are less feature than on arrow 11, and much more less than original rom, but the experience is really good.

How did you fix your status bar? I am on latest version (11.11) but still having the asymmetric status bar issue.
Private build (testing). Be patient and wait for updates. 😉

Guide for those who want to use TWRP instead Sideload (Attention!!! Data partition will be decpypted constantly):

    1. Flash MIUI and complete first setup
    2. Reboot to bootloader. CMD: adb reboot bootloader
    2. Boot in to the temporary TWRP (i use vasishath one). CMD: fastboot boot twrp.img
    3. Flash ArrowOS (inject twrp after install)
    4. Reboot TWRP
    5. Flash Magisk-Alpha (optional)
    6. Flash DFE+alioth+2.7+test+2.zip
    7. Format Data via "yes" !!!
    8. Reboot system and enjoy!

Note: In order to use TWRP you will need to install DFE patch after each ROM update. I.e.: reboot recovery -> flash update -> reboot twrp -> flash Magisk -> flash DFE -> reboot

    Downloads: DFE , Magisk-Alpha

The only problems that I have from a few days of use :
    - the sound/volume panel is ugly, I don't think this is the one that should be on Android 12..
    - some animation are a bit laggy (mostly in third party launchers)
    - Can't view well the battery stats
    - Most of the arrow os features are not here yet
    - other "bugs" that are more Android 12 related
    - maybe some others things that I forgot

Everything here was perfect in ArrowOS 11
    1) just lol, can write in Google Inc., what for your opinion it should have another UI
    2) If say about third party launcher's, they should adapt their project's to A12. Some our improves related with sf for qcom will in next builds.
    3) Battery stats in Settings +/- same with A11
    4) It beta/early release, ofc this don't have many features, which maybe will added in future
