[ROM][12.0] Evolution X [1/11/2022][UNOFFICIAL]

Loving the ROM, but I did notice that if you disable the on-screen navigation bar, you do lose swipe to go back functionality

this entire post is all over the place... it says it's for a Redmi k20 .. but it's really for OnePlus 8.. ok..whatever no big deal ... I click the "obviously massive blatant blue download button" which auto downloads one file that I'm assuming is for the 8 and 8T or 8pro ... again..weird but okay .. I install the rom no issues using adb sideload to dirty flash over shapeshift, no issues at all installs fine , even says welcome to Android 12 blah blah ... I check the menu and it's Android 11 still... just wtf exactly is going on can we get a clear answer What rom is this ..what device is it for ,and what Android version is it because this seems like 3 different posts all smashed together

With Screen OFF? You must install the MTeeks.APK.
On the APP , Open Menu > Gesture > "Apply on Boot" and "DoubleTap2Wake" enabled.

Every single current Android 12 ROM is still based on A11 blobs and kernel for obvious resons. The Redmi bit was a typo. You're exaggerating a bit calm down lol

I don't understand , so Android 12 isn't really Android 12 it's just Android 11... but we're calling it 12

Actually it is Android 12, but Android is modular system, and our device specific modules are a11 modified to work with android 12 base.

I've never heard of anything like that ever before .. with it being half one version and half another and I don't notice anything different from 11 on my phone at all ..it looks the exact same ...when are we expecting *the real* Android 12 roms to start coming out

My guess is when the source code is released which could be a few months or less hopefully

So read. If you don't see difference you flashed it wrong... It looks like a12 for sure, there's much difference.

interesting because it said what's new in Android 12 as soon as it booted up but everything else says 11 and looks the same for the most part it just looks like the dpi is changed is all and I'm sorry where was I supposed to read that, please enlighten me as far as I knew when you say something is something that's what it is

Nobody's gonna spoon-feed you man, your grown up and should do ur reading. If it looks like a11 rom you used before and nothing changed then you flashed it wrong and my advise is to flash again properly. Post some screenshots maybe, because I don't see how it looks like android 11 for u

So it's your fault, and I don't know what you want from me. I'm telling you what to do, and all you do is whining. If you flashed this rom and it's still android 11 for you then you did it wrong, and I'm done with you. Clean flash and check.
