This rom is from ProjectElixir_crownlte android 12.0 with dual sim work in Galaxy Note 9 SM-N960N. The rom is very smooth and with out bugs as mentioned by CyderXDA in this forum.

Flashing Guideline
Use twrp-3.6.0_9-0-crownlte and needs to clean flash.
wipe all
Rom Has already Vendor not need to flash stock Vendor.
