Nova launcher can do this (and probably other custom launchers too).

Thank you very much, almost everything is working pretty well, the only problems I can see are:
- not working MicroSD. Notification says "Tap to fix", which formats card, but after that its still not working. SD FS: ExFAT. SD is working in TWRP.
- TWRP can't mount /data and access internal storage, doesn't matter if /data is encrypted or not. Formatting makes no difference

Nice work!, issues I noticed so far:

1- SafetyNet fails, so probably no banking apps.
2- Battery Manager in battery setting is not working, crashed after opening.
