Just FYI, gcam can't do slow motion. Plus some instability issues.
Depends what you need from your camera I suppose.

Yep I noticed that too. Also, back camera doesn't work for op8 most likely because the HAL configuration is different for the two models.
It's because you have a locked bootloader you need to unlock it before any software flashing is allowed

ROM Kernel: Linux 4.x
Based On: AOSP4Installation Method (Download Fastboot ROM Installer)
* Download ArrowOS (ROM zip & Fastboot ROM Installer) and extract the files.
* Copy payload.bin from the ROM zip to payload_input folder inside of ROM Installer
* Connect your device to PC
* Reboot your device into fastboot mode
* Run flash.bat
* Wait until all images have been flashed
* When done, go to recovery mode and factory reset (wiping is a MUST if coming from another ROM, it's not required if you're updating)
* Reboot to system and enjoy Android 12
*Please Note* - The flash.bat file automatically uses payload dumper to dump and move partitions, no need to use payload_dumper.exe11
