Why not follow the op instruction in the GitHub? If you read the readme, there's an instruction there how to flash, depending on what device you're using Redmi 9t or Poco m3 just click on it and it will expand. There's also a link at 1st instruction that will link you to the telegram channel instructing you how to using no-oss-vendor

You need the no-oss-vendor before installing any rom a11 rom

Also you can also join their telegram developers are there.

yes but it can't be flashed the system can't be mount.

In the telegram i found something similar to yours, i think the steps was first flash latest orange fox recovery
He checked the no-oss-vendor latest zip and was corrupted, the redownload it and reflashed

Which version of the gapps should i flash? Just the core?
I tried flashing the "stock' NikGapps but it freezes when i try to set it up

There are others, like Nusantra, PixelExperience, AncientOS, EXTHM UI, Project Arcana, CipherOSCipherOS, AwakenOs.
Probably alot more.

most of a12 roms have been uploaded to our juice / poco m3 channel on telegram. to knows what rom is suitable for you, there is needed some testing
