i am only hoping you can wait for the international version here, is not that your original question?
if you read a few pages back, discussion already stated these various problem in the german rom, then these askings again.

Perfect rom, I've only one question: modyfing the framework as it is done for the galaxy sii is it possible to remove the home button lag?
tw launcher is it? i am on nova, perfect here. if nova, there is an upgrade, try doing that and see?

just copy the tts and CSC folder from the existing ICS ROM and the chrack ROM small will become multilanuage

on the 12th post after chrack's reseved posts you will find the original testing correspondence thread, which also points you to the german thread.

on the 9th post after chrack's reserved posts, indication of this being german rom was advised. on the similar 12th posts we linked the original testing correspondences which also spoke about why a new release need be created, also the link to the german forum is there.

I have installed ICS XXLPY DBT v2 from german forums and its working perfect
the full version.
but when flashed ICS XXLPY DBT v3 by recovery mode got stock on Samsung logo so came back to v2.
any one knows a solution for this coz im afraid thats will face same problem in chrack's ICS XXLPY v3

Great! I will publish tomorrow my ROM with many tweaks, new kernel etc and then I will update that my connection's broken and have to go to work
