boot.img present in release.
The most simple, dowload the release and use payload-dumper-go.exe to extract this.
Yes that's what i did, but i mean if we can have boot.img directly it would be better... Because i download with updater, then i download the full rom, extract, then use payload dumper go to get the boot.img, patch the file and flash the patched file... Next time i will directly download the rom instead of using updater. Maybe i will flash magisk directly too, because there is too many steps to just get root... Sorry for my bad english, and thank to the dev, the rom is very good and stable.

I think it's the best thing to do (download the ROM and then install it via sideload) because having the boot.img directly is not possible: if at least they made it available on the site...
For the bad English, it's not better for me (Frenchie).

Hi, I have a little problem with the ROM, I set the screen refresh rate to 60hz minimum and 120hz maximum. however the screen color changes depending on the refresh rate.
How can i solve the problem?
It happens when i use keyboard, in dark mode.

Too funny I think you've answered your own question

Ok so I found it
So basically my phone charges at 33w only when the display is turned off and not when it's on and when it's on it charges at 10-15w
And guys has anyone figured out how to solve the Netflix hdr issue for custom roms
For miui the fix was to go to the special features and enable the video toolkit and then open Netflix and on the toolkit sidebar we could boost the brightness and also enable memc

Android System using a lot of battery for some reason, other than that the rom is super smooth and stable.

So I have had my Poco F3 since a few months now running with Arrow, and overall very happy about it.

+ Started with Arrow 11 vanilla + open_gapps-arm64-11.0-pico + magisk 24.3
Everything running smoothly, no particular issues related to my daily usage

+ Since Arrow 11 is not updated anymore, and 12 is now official, I decided to give it a go with a clean install :
1/ Back to MUI alioth_global_images_V13.0.2.0.SKHMIXM_20220314.0000.00_12.0_global as per requirements
2/ Flashed Arrow-v12.1-alioth-OFFICIAL-20220508-VANILLA + NikGapps-core-arm64-12.1-20220501-signed + magisk 24.3

Overall very good build, but :

-> Google/Android : few usual complains mostly related to google choices for 12 : notification bar button size and others...

-> Arrow 12 : not so important but annoying, and I know it might be fixed in upcoming builds
- Text messaging app has no dark theme, disturbing and weird !
- Missing net speed indicator in status bar
- Don't like big sim data indicators (4G+...) they take too much space. There was an option to combine/stack them with the network icon
- Missing the circle batter indicator, with % inside circle

Lastly, the big turn off : impossible to have volte/vowifi working ! This is definitely a major issue, and unless I missed something obvious and someone knows how to fix it, I'll wait until next build to have it working otherwise I'll return to Arrow 11

I have used volte/vowifi with Arrow 11 for a few months with no issue... after 2 weeks on Arrow 12 trying everything possible, still a no go !

I flashed today the new fw_alioth_miui_ALIOTHGlobal_V13.0.3.0.SKHMIXM_07afcb74cd_12.0, no changes, volte/vowifi still not working !

Well, any help on this issue will be much appreciated.

Thanks to the devs for the hard work and the community for the support, much appreciated.

    First installation (Clean flash):

You need PC with adb/fastboot tools.
Download boot, vendor_boot and rom zip:
    1. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o-4T4hfEtxECIss-DVSSYAM1Kvy2iDN9/view?usp=sharing
    2. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PgtI8bOV1yjmTZJ7euP6xDFzMszY6AXb/view?usp=sharing
    3. https://arrowos.net/download/alioth

Reboot in fastboot. Flash arrowos recovery (boot.img and vendor_boot.img):

    fastboot flash boot_ab boot_alioth.img fastboot flash vendor_boot_ab vendor_boot_alioth.img

    Reboot in ArrowOS Recovery:

    fastboot reboot recovery

Make format data (Factory reset -> Format data).

Flash ROM (Apply update -> Apply from ADB):

    adb sideload name.zip

Follow what show on device, should be ... Step 1/2 -> 2/2, then flashing ended, can reboot device in system. (In cmdline: If the process succeeds the output will stop at 47% and report `adb: failed to read command: Success`. In some cases it will report `adb: failed to read command: No error` which is also fine!")

If you want install separate gapps on vanilla buildtype, after flash ROM:

    Advanced -> Reboot to recovery

Flash gapps (Apply update -> Apply from ADB):

    adb sideload name.zip

    __________________________________________________

    Install updates via Updater:

Go in Settings -> System -> Updater

Downlad new build -> Install -> Reboot

Device will automatically download, install a new build and reboot.

Installation can take up to 1 hour, on 50% will stuck, it normal, just waiting (Why? - Don't forget, you now have a/b devices, a new update is installed in the background in an inactive slot, without recovery. That's why it's taking so long. Don't like? Flash manually via recovery.)

    ___________________________________________________

    Update arrow-12.0 -> arrow-12.1
Install updates via recovery (dirty flash):

You need PC with adb/fastboot tools.

    1) Download new build and reboot into Recovery

    2) Flash ROM (Apply update -> Apply from ADB):

    adb sideload name.zip

    3) Reboot into System

    __________________________________________________

How update only fw part MIUI:

You need PC with adb/fastboot tools.

Download fw part MIUI, which you need from: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/firmware/alioth/

    1) Reboot into Recovery

    2) Flash fw part MIUI (Apply update -> Apply from ADB):

    adb sideload name.zip

    Look on device:
WIll show "Signature verification error" -> Tap "Install anyway" -> Waiting installation end.

    3) Reboot into System, if you installed it after new ROM build, or Reboot into Recovery, if you want flash new ROM build.
