Usually, you don't need to do that. But If you get a problem you have to. If you don't mind the extra time backing up and restoring later best case would be to clean install.

Should I switch from Lineage to Awaken?

I think there are still bugs in the LOS. To me this ROM is perfect. There are still a few bugs but those bugs don't bother me. I am really happy with this ROM.

The only app that doesn't work is IO (italian app for community service) this is the log of the app.....anyone can help me to understand where is the problem????

After updated and before reboot go to Magisk and install in the inactive slot.
I think with this method you will mantain your root but you will loose custom recovery if you have one.

Huge improvement coming from Pixel Experience+ Android 12.1 on my enchilada. Even 4K recording works via GCam which is impressive. The video playback issue I had on PE+ doesn't seem to be here either. Only thing I've encountered so far is the Hey Google callout not working (and it bugging the Assistant out for a few seconds after an attempt to call it) Otherwise, solid build. Thanks OP!
