I flashed PE on my pixel 4XL and it passed SafetyNet but I still can not bring widewine L1 back. Does anyone have solution?

Hi, I tried to flash PixelExperience and MindtheGApps also via adb and Twrp but somehow I cant flash MindtheGApps, error 1. Anyone can help?

I guess you missed the big warning not to FLASH GAPPs as they ARE included, but also you are trying to use TWRP on a 12 ROM which wont work. Please go back and re-read the steps provided, follow them, then it will work (or if you run into issues, reach out but only AFTER following the steps per the dev), then we can help:

Please don't take my next comment wrong, but you seem to either be a newb at ROM/flashing/bootloader/ or you didn't follow the directions so I would HIGHLY recommend to READ them through, get familiar BEFORE you try this again, otherwise you risk data-loss. TWRP is just out of the works for A11 and stable, but I don't think there's even a working A12 TWRP yet, I could be wrong, but all I can find is the 11 TWRP versions so IDK how/what you expected to work with the 11 version, but it wont work right. Use ADB/stock recovery (per the steps). Flashing the ROM incorrectly, or using TWRP when no such version exists for the OS, or messing with the BL can soft/hard brick your device. You could have data-loss, or worse, crap out your device, so PLEASE make sure you know what you are doing BEFORE you begin. Again, don't take me incorrectly as this is nothing more than a friendly heads-up as I see you making dangerous mistakes that can screw up your data/device.

hi everyone, can someone explain me the differences between ne normal and the plus edition of the rom? thank you
Plus edition has addition features that you'd expect from a custom ROM and the normal edition more barebone(but closer to the Pixel Experience).

I think it's listed somewhere on the website.

Dear developer,
Is there any way to make VoLTE support globally like Samsung and other phone model?
How to re-lock bootloader after flashing PE rom?

First, DON'T RE-LOCK a bootloader WITH A CUSTOM ROM, only ROMs like ProtonAOSP can be BL locked (but even their 12 flavor didn't boot for some users who tried it) so I wouldn't! You may brick it so LEAVE IT UNLOCKED or go back to stock otherwise you risk a lot of damages. Meaning don't try to do something you don't see widely talked about in the ROM forums, because we DON'T DO IT, its not recommended AND DANGEROUS!

I cant speak for the dev, but my device loads VoLTE (verizon) NP, and its all I use. This is running my unlocked PX4 XL with LOS or this ROM (when tested). VoLTE worked on this ROM while I briefly tested to help others, and it works daily on LOS (my daily driver is LOS). You might want to elaborate on your question (to get a better reply if you truly need help) with VoLTE because it doesn't make sense what you are asking, but I can confirm VoLTE is fine here!

- Is it secure to leave bootloader unlocked?

- Base on my research, there are a few country/carrier that allow pixel owner have VoLTE support. Please read this thread, you will understand what I have concerned.

Its as secured as you are running it, its up to you. Sure it CAN be VERY insecure if you decided to load and run a non secure (community tested) ROM, but if you stick with the main ones, like LOS, descendant, cRdroid, PixelExprience, you will be OK because we ALL test it, and its OPEN SOURCE so we see/read whats in it (the underlying code).

All that said, you could still choose to sideload an app that exposes you (which you could also do on a stock firmware) and become insecure, so its up to the user, not the ROM (in most cases), but sure there are bad devs out there writing malicious things but not here (not the ones I listed). The ones I listed are tested by us, me particularity and I didn't find anything dangerous and I run it. I am a senior sys engineer/architect / senior developer for a large MSP I manage in NYC. That doesn't mean anything but words, but I am trying to show you that I somewhat have a clue - but still take it with a grain of salt become I am just an internet user writing on an anonymous website so just be smart and careful.

On VoLTE, I don't need to read anything. It works for me on my pixel 4 XL (running LOS and every ROM I tested with verizon), maybe that's key I don't know but I only use verizon. I am not sure what your issue are (because you are not telling us anything wrong), you are just asking blank vanilla questions (that no one can answer but you), but it works for me. My point is to either test it or don't, but I have worked through you every concern you have or had, and they were squashed so its up to you, but at this point I don't have any new advice or comments on this so test or don't but I would recommend you do.

Please don't take me wrong, I am not purposely trying to come off like a jerk, but I truly am confused. I am not sure if you need advice, or if you are just asking general questions so if you need specific help, please lay out what you need help with it. OR if you are just asking for general advice, then please lay out what you need advice on (other than what I wrote already), but my best suggestion is to just try it. Worst case scenario is you have to rebuild your phone, but likely, you are already familiar with doing this simply because of the forum you are in (custom ROM). I know I rebuild mine every week or two to help others (but to do so, I need to be on X,Y,Z ROM) so I often rebuild to help (I have it down to a step by step process), so basically I test everything I can (all ROMs, kernels, ETC) just so I can help, but my go to daily driver is LOS (for performance).

First, I really appreciate your response.

So let me go straight to my concern.
Facts:
1. I really love Google Pixel phone especially its OS and I own one which is Pixel 4XL.
2. I live in Cambodia which Google Pixel Phone store never officially launched in. That's the reason it's not listed on network carrier and that's why I can't use features like wifi calling & Volte it's supported from Carrier end (According to Google Pixel team in https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/117202259/enable-volte?hl=en thread).
3. I found a thread ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/activate-volte-on-pixel-4xl-android-11-r.4163217/ ) which show how to enable VoLTE on Pixel 4XL with android 11 which cannot use VoLTE feature by using Magisk module to update/replace a configuration file which taken from mbns-mi9t.zip. I have tried with this method but it does not work because I could not file a list of carries in my country in mbns-mi9t.zip.

Subject:
1. I really don't know how far your team can go but I wonder if your team could configure/fix this problem that Google Pixel team has tied. I think most Pixel device owner around the world has faced this problem as I have and force them not to use Pixel anymore. Last, I think all Pixel owners will appreciate if this problem had been solved.

Thank.

It's the one that says recovery image.

Looks like you're better of waiting for a few days as the 13 beta version is dropping shortly. Looks like it may being uploaded right now since it didn't pop up for our devices 1-2 days ago when I looked.
I hate these frikin ridiculous lazy a$$ questions, asked and answered over and over and over, yet lazy newbs. dont want to do the work, just get the results, then moan when things things dont work, they dont work because you didnt research and do it right!

I am done answering BS questions like this (and I urge you to as well curious), lets stop answering and helping lazy users. In the end, its worse for us to help them by giving them the answers, and not forcing them to research it, so users like you and me, need to stop giving in and helping. Instead, we need to force them to research and figure it out themselves, then ask for help after they tried and failed (but as long as they research, we should help), I jsut wont help users who dont do the due diligence first! Going forward, I am just going to point out the answers, over and over and over, and only help when there's a true question for assistance, but ONLY AFTER the user has researched it.

Its such a waste of time helping users who are too lazy to do the research themselves!

And I do realize, I will shoot myself in the foot time and time again by not listening to my own words of advice and help. It's in my nature, so, I am sorry I keep snapping and getting annoyed with the same questions asked over and over, but my mentor side kicks in, and I tend to help, then get mad at myself for doing so and blast it out here. I know I sound like a looney toon at times, but it comes from a good heart of trying to help and prevent users from having self-inflicted wounds (by not researching before asking). That mentor side comes from 30sh years of being a senior system engineer/architect, so it's really all I know anymore (technology and mentoring newbs). I manage a large team of engineers, and together we manage a run a large cloud MSP for multiple financial clients, so I am always teaching someone, something, and it spills out here.

All this to say, I am sorry to everyone everywhere if I sound like I am attacking anyone, at any time, I am not. I am actually mad at myself most times for helping users I shouldn't be helping. Then I tend to get annoyed with myself and deflect and scream in these forums (which helps no one), and I shouldn't do it. I am going to try and be better at this so I can help, but not get annoyed and shut down.

nah that makes it to easy, drive them to the OP, from there they go to the DL page. The DL page shows everything they need (wiki steps).

I like users to do the work, not take the shortcut (by not researching) and just asking the same thing again. That way they learn and then can help others, otherwise its the same damn question asked and answered over and over and over. Users don't read, users do not do their due diligence, so I try to make them learn even when they don't want to! If they learn, and don't take shortcuts, they are generally more likely to succeed and without data-loss (or bricks).

where to get boot.img this firmware?
so once again, a newb doesnt read ANYTHING, its in the first FRIKIN post, with the step by steps to install the ROM, yet obviously it wasnt read through and understood prior!!!
