Would make sense to download Google Photos since you are getting unlimited high resolution uploads with this ROM.
But if I install it before the custom ROM will I still get unlimited photos after I install
What I suggest is if you have more than 5 gigs of pictures on your phone currently move that to an external storage, flash this rom, install Google photos and move the photos on the external storage back onto your phone and back them up to Google photos. From here you'll have unlimited storage of pictures.

Slowmotion crashes the camera app and you have to delete the camera data to use it again.
The cameras aren't correctly defined either, but I'm not sure how it's possible to define it in the rom build process (I only know of a way to ignore the limit for certain apps).

I read it, i just dont know how to use adb sideloader and how to flash the gapps. I got the most of it just not sure about those things. I don't know where to find them
You need to download the gapps you found in the crdroid download page and then install it after you install the rom, you don't really need to sideload the rom and gapps through adb if you have sd card
It's currently not but I know I have to unlock it and I have the tool installed. Whats next
Wtach this video carefully check the description for tools needed for Adb and fastboot.
Flashing a recovery, ROM and Gapps.
Unlocking the bootloader can take 7 days it will erase all your data once done, do a back up

Dirty flashing v8.10 works just fine with OrangeFox. So I think it is safe to assume that TWRP 3.6.2+ will work as well. If not you could (temporarily) flash and use OrangeFox instead. Beware that the current v8.12 versions will not work with dirty flash but will boot into recovery instead! Hopefully this will get fixed soon by developers in an upcoming v8.13 build
