Hello users,
I'm looking for a custom rom that allows you to use nfc-based contactless payment with my bank's application (I can't use google pay) and which of course allows you to use all the other phone options!
Does this allow it?

Hi everyone. I need to get rid of MIUI in sweetin which will be used by my father. The bootloader unlock waiting time is finally over. I haven't updated MIUI even and it's still on Android 11.Should I first flash the latest fastboot ROM after unlocking the bootloader and then flash crDroid or directly flash the latter? In my Poco F1 I have used crDroid exclusively all these years and it has vendor and firmware built-in but that doesn't seem to be the case here. How should I proceed?
Also are there any show stopping bugs? I live in a different state so if any issue crops up I won't be on hand to try and resolve it or even switch to a different ROM. I can see some complaints about the mic for ex.

Mic issue is still there, but neobuddy seems to have the problem isolated. I personally haven't noticed any other bugs.

Installation from Telegram:

* Backup before you begin
* Reboot to suggested recovery
* Flash ROM
* Flash Gapps + Gapps Search addon
* Format Data
* Reboot and profit!

Just be aware that issues can always pop up and if the user can't solve it themselves you might be in for quiet some additional work

Mic issue is still there, but neobuddy seems to have the problem isolated. I personally haven't noticed any other bugs.

Installation from Telegram:

* Reboot to suggested recovery

Just be aware that issues can always pop up and if the user can't solve it themselves you might be in for quiet some additional work

I am facing MIC issue frequently once or twice in week. I noticed that this happens more while

1. you are on roaming
and
2. you have enabled VoWiFi.

I restarted the phone but no help.

Finally work around is go to Recovery and clear delvic and Cache.

That's all. I was at my parent's place and faced that issue there. Not now, since I am back at my place.

1. on the one hand, I installed today version 8.5-2022-05-23 : the mic issue is not solved ;
2. on the other hand, some people seem to be using crDroid without encountering the mic issue.
   Is it really possible ????

For the moment I will reinstall stock rom.

For the moment I will reinstall stock rom.

I installed the previous version of the ROM and the microphone did also not work for me in the first days. After a few reboots the microphone started to work. The issue is only when you want to call somebody. You can record your voice with the recorder perfectly fine. In the next days I want to install the new version and for now I still carry a pair of headphones with me, if the microphone should stop to work. Indeed it is strange why the problem with the microphone is not effecting everybody and goes more like 50/50.

I just encounter the mic issue after updating. And i solve it by reinstalling magisk, which does not survive the update. This time I first installed the mic-fix https://xdaforums.com/t/module-android-mic-fix.3503128/ . Now i did not have to reinstall magisk and mic still works.
My friend though has the same Phone and setup and her mic sometimes just stops working without updating and she needs to restart the phone one or more times to make it work again. I will install the mic-fix on her phone and see if the problem still occurs.

There are some banking apps that force me to close the developer options.

Hi,

Rom is decent. Has a problem with unlocking / inserting sometimes. He often has trouble reacting to touch.

Additionally, wakelock is turned on again a few days after it is started. Someone say why?

I saw that there has been a maintenance of XDA-forum this morning.
Maybe You tried to download when the maintenance was in progress.
Either maybe you made a mistake.
I just tried to download using the "Click Here" from the first page of this thread : it's working perfectly.
