It's impossible to determine the cause of this here on XDA without one on one talk , if you have telegram if you could create a telegram account, i highly suggest you join the group, so it can be easy for everyone in understanding and solving your problem

did you flashed magisk ? or it is still unrooted ?

That's the culprit. Consider clean flashing the rom again to see if it still behaves like that.

And coming to your question, if you don't even know how to root , ask yourself why to root ? Because it's cool?

I'll answer the question tho, Download Magisk Latest APK from their official GitHub, and flash the APK in your custom Recovery. Yes you can flash .apk in recovery.
