[ROM][12.1][hotdogb] Project Elixir [OFFICIAL] [OnePlus 7T][AOSP]

Msm to oos11, ota to oos12, then flash custom elixir recovery, then adb sideliad elixir latest rom zip
probably, this firmware works fine for everyone and therefore no one comes here with questions ...
U must extract custom recovery in payload.bin using payload dumper, flash this recovery.img via fastboot, then sideload rom.zip using this new recovery (also needs oos12 latest before flashing rom)
Extracted the image file still can't able to flash the recovery is flashing in but not booting, keep coming the old recovery, and can't even flash the rom too
Bro it's not working, the actual problem is the recovery I flashed from the bin file is not booting, the old project elixir recovery is popping

What is this two recovery a and b? Do I need to install both? Where can I find the two reco file?
