Motorola One Fusion+
I flashed twrp and it's not working ..... The ota updates are not installing as well ( I guess ota updates require a recovery )
I did install another recovery and it's still not working so I manually flashed the update .....
Wait by "not working", you mean TWRP didn't get flashed successfully? So now do you have a recovery on your device or not?

I haven't tried flashing any recovery after installing/flashing this ROM.
But the OTA installation didn't work for me either. When I click on the "Install" button, I just get a notification saying "Install Error". Perhaps you have to flash it manually only.

EDIT: Confirmed with a senior member that you cannot have a custom recovery like TWRP installed if you have a custom ROM installed. If you want a custom recovery, you'll have to stay on the Stock Motorola Firmware.
So if you need to flash anything, you'll have to do it the adb way, if you have a custom ROM installed.

Also, the update has to only be flashed manually using the Fastboot Custom ROM Installer for Liber, you cannot use the System Update menu in the Settings App, it'll just throw an error.

If you want to flash anything but ROMs, you can use Pixel Experience recovery. You can use it to flash Kensur Kernel, Magisk etc.

I too faced the same issue. In bootloader mode ROM got flashed but with errors. Then it go to Fastbootd and system keeps showing waiting for device. It got struck. I then had to flash stock ROM via lmsa to proceed.
EDIT : This was happening because drivers were not updated on my PC running Win 11. For that I had to connect my phone in bootloader mode to PC. Just went to optional updates. There I installed 2 optional updates one named Qualcomm and the another one named Android ADB, Try again your phone will boot up in this Custom ROM
thank you very much for this tip, much appreciated, the usb drivers were the culprit indeed
    problem solved now, thanks!
