So I somehow managed to fix this by uninstalling the modded USNF, rebooting, reinstalling the same mod, rebooting and then I was able to pass the meets_device_integrity check. So now I have a working Google Wallet. No idea how this worked or why I didn't think of it before! Just a heads up for those still struggling

...Others could try simply disabling @Displax modded USNF module, rebooting, enabling and booting again as I mentioned (first link in post above)... PW

Further, Google seems to have made server end changes (affecting stock devices also), then reverted them:

Seems that way. Today contactless payment worked for me - I did not do any changes since last test yesterday, I did not apply any fixes, I did not reboot my phone. Google Wallet app was updated 2 days ago - so all signs point to Google fiddling on the server-side...

Up to yesterday, I wasn't able to fix wireless payments, literally trying all methods mentioned here and in the different magisk, USNF with or without mods, SIM slot swap and all. So I decided to try out EvoX A13, and, strangely enough, magisk with usnf mod and sim back to slot one, my gpay wirless is working fine again.
FYI, only.
P.S.: Should crdroid have working wireless pay again, i'll be back in a flash.

Hmm, strange, that did not work for me. Maybe I'll need to do a clean install next. Thx for sharing.

Afaik it doesn't need a clean install. But it seems that getting it to work again isn't just turning a switch on and off.
For some users it started working again out of nothing, for some others it needed some clear data on services, play or wallet.
Seems there's no straight line into it.

Note for those resetting G Pay:

After clearing G Pay/Wallet data, be sure to reboot before first opening app...

If you have issues like contactless payments working but Activity list not populating, you may need to clear data again (I'd do this for G Pay/Wallet and G Play Services) and reboot before initially opening app... PW

OK, so I think I've got over most of my install problems through reading...

But I have one final one. I got everything except Android Auto running and to get that meant a wipe of Data. So, back to square one with device setup, so did a backup to Google Drive.

Can anyone give me simple instructions on how to restore that? Annoyingly, both WhatsApp and Android have visible backups sitting there, but I simply can't access either of them - it won't offer me a re-install in Google One, or WhatsApp...

I tried flashing NikGapps' devices setup, but that didn't seem to over-ride the crDroid device setup and isn't available.

There is no problem with network reception right guys?? Because that's the only reason I am shifting from PE 12 plus to Crdroid.. so no issues with the network right?
