It was for about 30 mins I guess, but then it installed fine.

Latest update made battery life a lot better. Now I can make it through 2 days again.

When the k40 uses the v2rayNG application, the phone will slow down and become stuck. This happens from time to time, and the v2ray connection needs to be disconnected. At the same time, I also use Kitsunebi and Clash for Android, both of which have this problem.

Last time I had similar issue I set my screen to keep on during OTA update... I noticed that when screen goes off (and probably other stuff) the OTA update takes ages to finish. The guys running PE Plus turn on the caffeine mode preventing the problem.

this thread is specific for Pixel Experience on "alioth" devices.
Alioth codename applies only to Redmi K40, Poco F3 and Mi 11X

Your device is a "Xiaomi 12X" so it has a different codename "psyche".
I don't think there is an OFFICIAL PE for your device, the only stuff I can find is related to an UNOFFICIAL GSI rom

Dolby is missing. For camera, I use MGC by BSG. Lately anxcamera is ported for f3. Promised features seem to be working without problem.

How did you install it? It's showing me as a magisk module. We can install Magisk using pixel recovery??

No it's not for gaming. It has some more feature while non plus version is pretty similar to stock Google pixel phones.
