I got a cover so it's harder to touch that button without notice (poco f3 rinkge fusion x). + If you are in need of multiple unlockl options and more fetures you can search out there to find a more suitable rom for you. If devs will add all the existent MIUI and, why not, Samsung and also Sony features we will have another service clogged octopus rom... if I wanted that i could choose another or kept Miui.
PE means Pixel Experience, not MIUI Experience nor samsung or sony.
This is the way !

I am sorry I lost you after the case you have part.

If you carefully read, I among the others are asking if it's possible to implement the feature to disable always active fingerprint sensor, not asking nor requiring it, God forbid. After all we are all grateful to have amazing developers here.

Dev, sorry for off topic.

After I've successfully downloaded the update via OTA, it asks to press ok in order to install it in the background. Once I've pressed ok, nothing happens and the update is available for download again. Anyone had the same issue ? Ty

Thank you very much for keeping this fantastic ROM updated.

And thanks for making sure that with every update, the required firmware is also automatically installed every time. This addition that has been incorporated and that makes the update task much easier for the end user, who may not have as much technical knowledge or simply who, once the mobile is unlocked and the ROM installed, wants to forget about continuing to "mess around" with it and the possible problems that can arise in the long run, it is a real blast.

A recommendation for those who update it via OTA is to be patient and calm, because it took me several hours to complete the installation, but it does so without problems and without any errors.

In addition, you can continue using the mobile in the meantime without problems, but keep it during the process with a good percentage of battery so that you do not have any scare.

That said, thanks for your work @lzgmc, I hope you continue to lead this ROM for a long time.

What a fantastic ROM, Thank you so much. I had the phone's hotspot on with vpn sharing for 3 hours and everything worked great.
Would be nice if it had the feature of pressing power button to unlock but besides that this rom is blazing fast and great, thanks.

Everything works great, battery time is better on this rom. I am using this rom as my daily. One question, after may update, it says phone services accessing to my location time to time. Is it something I should be worried?

Thank you for maintaining this Rom. in the latest plus version, every time I unlock the phone, I will find that an application has the permission to call location information. However, I don't have the permission to open location information. Why?

Hello, after I update the system, the notification in the picture frequently appears. Is it normal? The last system version did not have this problem.

Temporary solution is to turn this(see attached ss) setting from developer options off. In the previous posts a senior member said it will be fixed in the next update.

    Hey guys.

First off, I would like to thank you all for your feedback and kind words. Even though I haven't responded to any, I do read each and every one of your posts. It's cool to see that the March build has been downloaded ~4 thousand times. Your support motivates me to keep this ROM alive.

Now I would like to give an update and clarify a few things. First off, it is important to note that this ROM is intended to be flashed on top of the latest build of MIUI 12.5. While some people have successfully flashed on top of MIUI 13, doing that sometimes causes weird issues, such as music/video not playing properly. The installation instructions and the original post will be updated to mention this soon. Firmware may be included in the ROM at a later date.

Speaking of things that will be happening soon, the April build is almost ready. Or rather, builds, as PE Plus will also be released then. The April builds are focused on improving security and fixing bugs, including the bug that causes the device to not enter deep sleep, resulting in excessive idle drain when Ambient display is turned on. I'd like to thank @Barracuda77777 for suggesting a fix for this issue. I'll also make various other minor tweaks for a better user experience. Be patient, the wait for a new update is almost over.

Lastly, if you're facing issues with this ROM, many of them can be fixed by reflashing MIUI 12.5 and then clean flashing the latest build according to the installation instructions, especially if you came from an older build.

Um..yeah, that's about it. See ya soon.

    Where is the august update?
About 100 meters away from your location and rapidly approaching.

Just wanted to stop to say this ROM is once again incredible. I have it in my old op5t and now Poco F3, and it adds so much value to my phone. Performance and features in my opinion far surpass what comes out of the box with MIUI. Thank you dev and PE team!
