I do experience video freezes, happens when you watch a video with headphones wired.

Yeah, that was my point.

Also, I don't know if it's because Vanced is acting kind of weird, I do experience micro-stops (loading animation for 0.5s) while watching videos in Vanced app every now and then. Happens about once each 5 minutes, sometimes more frequently, sometimes less. I know it is abandoned now, but in A11 I had no issues. Also the GPU sometimes must "explode" because I see suddenly, while watching videos (I guess in Vanced mostly) grey artifacts for 2-3 seconds:

Those kinds of artifacts, the whole screen. Something is off graphically because that also happens in other apps such as WhatsApp (only when watching videos). Other apps too have the colors off, I think someone said something about that in TG group.

There seems to be a problem with Wireguard in the latest build. It only works when the kernel module backend is disabled in Wireguard, there's no Internet when it's enabled. It worked like a charm until now.

Try this:

Instead of flashing the recommended firmware, download the full ROM based on the required firmware version.

Download the crDroid 8.6 and the Gapps.

Install the Stock ROM based on the version of the required fw from the original post (install it via fastboot) just to clean up the base.

Boot into the system.

Boot into fastboot mode (bootloader mode)

Connect your device to a PC, open a cmd window, and type in: fastboot -w – this command will format and repartition your data, fixing corrupted data.

Install TWRP 3.6.1, wipe Dalvik, cache, data internal storage, then go to format data and type yes! and transfer the crDroid ROM to a USB Stick, then install it.

Do not flash root nor the gapps!

After installing the ROM boot into the system!

If everything works well, go back to TWRP and flash the Gapps and Magisk.

Then you're done.

Like many others, I have the weird bug for audio that freezes or lags the UI. And I don't know if it's related or not, but the alarm in vibrate/silent mode doesn't make any sound despite its 100% in the settings :/

Since the last two updates I have the issue that after a few houts of use I lose my data connection. After a reboot the connection comes back alive but after a few hours I lose it again.
Worked perfectly the last few months. Any suggestions guys?
