Thanks dev for your updates and your work!. I've tried last update, but i returned to december, 30 version. I prefer encrypted phone and haven't all my data, photos and documents easily accesible in case I lost or someone stole my phone. Updating via adb sideload or even clean flash was not a problem for me since now.
Is It posible to have encrypted phone flashing some addon Zip or doing modifications in rom's Zip?. I tried encrypting in settings-security but didn't work.

I've installed syberia 12 and have it the aosp version booting nicely... however, I can't install anything on the phone at all (i.e. can't install an APK from the file manager). I just want to run aosp with the f-droid 'store' installed but can't install any third party apk...

Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Have to installed gapps, also check weather u r plsystorevis certified or not

I tried installing gapps, but it failed to reboot to system and only boots to recovery. I can't even download an apk to install locally, and if I transfer an apk to internal storage via usb it still won't install...

Hi, would like to say that this ROM is fantastic except for times when the mobile data disconnects after switching from WIFI which requires a reboot of the phone.

Another issue is the AOD clock seems to be out of position. (Attached pic)

Any advice?

Did you applied space remover between bottom keyboard and screen
(full screen or immersive mode or a magisk module)?

First I just want to say thanks to the devs and all power users reporting in. Second, I have to say this thread FLOODED with way too much installation advice. May I suggest pruning this thread and revising installation with STEP-BY-STEP instructions in OP with screenshots.

    First time clean installation:

    Code: 
    - Unlocked bootloader is required
- Download ROM.zip, latest OOS 11 firmware (optional: Gapps, Magisk) and put to internal memory
- Boot into TWRP
- Once twrp booted go to "Install" -> choose ROM.zip
- Reboot -> recovery
- Go to "Install" -> choose OOS firmware.zip, Gapps.zip (optional Magisk, Gapps-Addons etc.)
- Go to "Wipe" -> Swipe for factory reset, then Format data (via "yes")
- Reboot -> System
- Enjoy.

    Updating:
    Code: 
    - Reboot into TWRP
- Go to "Install" -> choose ROM.zip
- Reboot -> recovery
- Go to "Install" -> choose Gapps.zip (optional Magisk, Gapps-Addons etc.)
- Reboot -> System

    1 Orangefox recovery: disabled dm varity and forced encryption, reboot to recovery
    2 Flash syberian 12 and orangefox recovery (marking the same options) and reboot to recovery
