@jjpprrrr saw the changelog of the latest version and I'm confused about the recovery override process.
Does it mean now ota won't ovewrite the boot partition if we have magisk?

Basically during the system boot process, the ROM checks the hash of the boot partition. If the boot partition is unmodified, the ROM will overwrite the RECOVERY partition (not boot partition) with PE recovery.

You need to read description. Update through the system updater will be available in the next update this one you should install by recovery for fix that will bring it back.

Here is the thing: the new version contains the updater fix. The old version on your phone doesn't have it.

It is enabled by Google from the server side, only in certain regions.

Exactly the Same Problem, is happening during dark and bright system setting. And I'm running the latest Version with Magisk Canary

Latest version, no Magisk or other stuff outside the ROM and Play Store. Same thing with the previous version. I don't know about trigger or particular conditions. Yesterday and today it works normally so I could say "randomly random".

1. Phone heating on idle which leads to
2. Battery drains alot faster
3. Power button + Vol - for screenshot suddenly not working

1. & 2. That's usually caused by something you use running in the background. Idle drain has been fine here as I monitor it 24/7.
3. Works fine here.
