Finally I installed 19.1
Bug*
When I set my wallpaper image get blurry after home screen or lockscreen but picture quality is good.
This also happened in a11 build,is this bug or not?

It's not device specific issue.
I can confirm on A11 on different devices too, it's the behavior of "Styles & wallpapers" app scaling down the picture to lower than the native device resolution and then scaling it back up to native device resolution (more pronounced because of the "zoom in" effect, but even with the "zoom in" effect disabled, the wallpapers still look blurry).

Try setting the wallpaper from Gallery, if it's like A11, it will use "Wallpaper cropper" app instead.

My workaround
on A11 is by using "Styles & wallpapers" app from A10.

Update your TWRP.

Okay so the resize zip has to be in the root for it to install... I was always having it inside some other directory oops that was an easy fix! My phone is now finally booting into Android 12L! Thanks!

You have to put the resize zip in the SD Card's directory directly, not inside any folder in the SD Card, that's what finally worked for me!

Netflix and some apps are not working on this rom and in play store it's showing the device is not certified under play protect certification I think it's because of the selinux permissive hope you will change it to enforcing soon...btw thanks for awesome rom
