Got some unexpected restarts while using the phone. Used previous builds for couple months. Didn't have any unexpected restarts. Mm.. I will use this couple days. I will re-flash the build again to find out whether the issue present or not. Will put a reply regarding this issue. 
Experienced some unexpected restarts first week. (4 or 5 times). But didn't happened after that. So far so good. <3 Smooth and Stable. Overall perfect.

How did you solve this problem?
Actually, issue remains. For me, restart thing happens especially when using S-Pen. Magisk works fine. I guess it's a bug of the build.
btw Restart thing doesn't happen often for me. So not a big issue for now. Hope we'll have an update for this by the developer
Latest version of android 13 is awsome. Very fast with good battery life. Looks much better than android 12 i really love it and i will keep it for a daily usage. But i face 4 issues. I dont use 3rd party modes. Only the rom clean flashed.
1) Phone reboots when using s-pen.
2) Apps loose the permissions after phone restart.
3) Apps loose the battery restricted mode after phone restart.
4) Cant connect the xiaomi mi band 5 with the phone. I dont know if is a bluetooth issue or someting else.
Expect that issues everything else works great. Keep the good work for this awsome project.

Yes, I am also sure that the restarting problem is related to s-pen.Actually, issue remains. For me, restart thing happens especially when using S-Pen. Magisk works fine. I guess it's a bug of the build.

Guys today i changed my sim card with a new one. But i cant connect to 4G/LTE i can connect only with H+ any has same issue? or any fix about that? or any idea why happened? Can i go back from android 13 to android 12 to check if everything works ok? i dont know if is rom or sim issue. I changed some APN ip`s and i reset my network but nothing works still H+

Hey! i faced the same issue but i found a way to solve because it our dual-sim only allow 1 LTE carrier at time..
1st put both sims in 3G band (if you reboot the phone you should retrigger it because it doesn't preserve)
2nd enable the mobile data in the sim which you want LTE
3rd change that sim from 3G to 4G
you need to wait a few minutes to the carrier changes the band to LTE and it's done!
I tried your tips but no luck i changed some APN ip`s too but no 4g/lte. I have flash the stock android 9 with odin but still H+ no lte/4g looks like is sim issue. Cleary is not rom issue because im with android stock 9 now without root. I will root again and i will restore my android 13 backup. I will speak with my carrier center.
PS: Is ok now i have 4G/LTE it was my carrier issue.

OTA is also supported for the Plus edition, but you cannot switch to Plus from the regular one with OTA, it must be flashed manually.

OTA Updater (only needed for first build if you choose to update that way, Settings > System> System updates, will be available to use for future updates).
You can update from first build through OTA app early (or flash normally):
1) Download & Install: OTA Updater APK
2) Download & Install : Activity Launcher APK
3) Open Activity Launcher and look for System Updates activity.
4) Check for updates if doesn't appear immediately.
5) Download and flash.3
If other users are okay with volume panel being on left side then I can easily add it into the rom, I just know once I enable it rom side, it permanently is on left side and cannot be changed back.
