the rom is so good, thanks for your work, i have few little problems. most important problem is scrolling smooth. When i scroll from any app, its little freezing. and i think phone charging slowly :/ . But overall perfomance is great

For the exception of no dial tone while making an outgoing call, the rom is running without issue, excellent build mate.
I noticed one little annoyance:
If you have a fingerprint set, wake the device, do the slide-up gesture before unlocking the phone with a fingerprint, you are presented with the screen to enter the unlock code but not with the fingerprint.
I am not sure if this is the intended way and if the Pixel is working this way, but it's definitely a change from OOS.

Rom is working great, but I still am having trouble getting root. I extracted the boot img, but it wouldn't patch in magisk. So I tried just flashing the zip in recovery and got stuck in bootloops so I had to MSM and start all over again. Any suggestions?
You have to flash boot.img from fastboot menu use fastboot flash boot (magiskpatched)boot.img.
You may need to use the msm tool to revert your install. Re-extract boot.img from your payload.bin patch from file with magisk on phone and flash boot.img in fastboot there are a few tutorials on this subject within the forum you don't need the vendor.img etc as the rom is patched ontop of AOSP 11.

looks like the latest release added this per the notes. im still on A11 via CrDroid. it handeled the magisk 24.1 update very well but im just....looking for change lol. @mattie_49 what are you daily driving? my requirements are nothing missions critical so im even considering running this. would love to hear your take on all/any of the A12 ROMs that have come around
Been Running this on Verizon since Wednesday its awesome.
Everything I do is working fine and not planning on trying anything else.

I think you can just follow the directions in the first post, but you shouldn't need to be rooted in order to flash this. Go back to oos 11 and then unlock the bootloader.Hey guys,
I'm back again on XDA after quite some time, so I'm a bit rusty with rooting and flashing.
I have Oneplus 9 with official OOS 12 and I would like to install this rom.
So, after the research, if I understood everything correctly, I need to first:
1.) Revert back to latest OOS 11
2.) Root my phone - I do that by following this guide (install Magisk, flash boot.img etc):
3.) After my phone is rooted, I follow the steps in description:
- Download ROM.zip & Recovery.img
- fastboot flash boot RECOVERY.img
- fastboot reboot recovery
- adb sideload BUILD.zip
- Format data
- Reboot to system
Did I get everything or I missed some steps?
And another question - when I flash the rom? After I sideload the BUILD.zip or that will automatically flash the rom?
