That's what I ended up choosing to do, I hid the gallery from the app drawer and I'm using photos.

Did you tried GCam, working better than OOS Camera

I use GCam to take photos but it doesn't record at 60fps and video is not smooth like OOScam.

the oneplus applications are not working well, yesterday I had a problem with the gallery and today after taking a photo using the oneplus camera, when I try to take another one the application closes and does not take the photo, it only takes a photo again after restarting it continues with the same problem takes a picture and if you try to take another the app closes by itself

Gcam is bit complicated but once you understand how to use you can take great videos and photos.

Yes, ONEPLUS made the application which only work properly with OOS. As you can see in Play Store most of the OnePlus application is not showing.
So it's simple different OS use different applications.
This problems (OOS Camera and Gallery App) is in all Custom Rom.

I just don't understand why the dev doesn't give up on using it.... a standard 100% functional AOSP camera is better than a camera that every photo I take, I have to restart the device to take another one

I'm already fully aware of the current issues with OOS cam. Who said I ignored anything, lol? Is it really that hard to download an alternate cam & gallery to use in the meantime? No, it isn't.

You're right - you don't understand but there's a very good reason AB retains OOS CAM despites issues with stills and that is - while most gcams work perfectly well on EvoX, most of them cannot record 4k 60fps. You wouldn't be able to do that if OOS CAM wasn't there to save the day

@biel.paes In Oos cam try set manual HDR On.It helps with stability.I realy like ooscam and hope AB will find time to fix it in future.Meanwhile enjoy rom.

About bugs:
- Doesn't work properly OnePlus gallery it would be better to replace another one
- Doesn't work Oneplus camera ... lags about foto.
- and about fonts in Facebook ... I saw all fonts but such a kind of posts should be bold not normal font

I hope they don't discourage you, because the rom is great! I don't understand people who complain about custom roms. If you like OOS apps, just stay stock. Personally, I'm not a fan of their apps and I prefer the hardware with Pixel features. Anyway, it works great for me and I appreciate your work, as do 99% of your users. Thanks!
