Im not experiencing those issues,its definitely not the speediest Rom and there's slight lag here or there but I havent had any freezing or super lag.

In my opinion..that does not work for our device..I think its more of a placebo effect than anything.

Im not sure about that one,but ive used various ones floating around and ive never heard any noticeable difference.. I would suggest this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=35329565
I use that for Pandora and such and rocket player for music thats on sd card.

try to use another kernel like caf kernel you'll find it in original android section
