It is perhaps hard to fully comprehend one of the golden rules in XDA;
You DON'T ask for updates. They arrive at the time found convenient by the developers. If you can't wait, take responsibility and learn building ROMS. Thus helping others waiting impatiently.

I am so sorry I saw that post before, but it didn't show the file in the XDA app, I should have checked the site. Thank you VERY much!

Did someone manage to root it? I tried patching the magisk zip in TWRP. It was successful, but the app shows it's not rooted.

Update: been using this as a daily driver now since the first release. It's unusual that I last this long!

Feedback:
Audio quality out of the main speaker is *awful* and needs some default EQ. Everything is fine coming through the USB DAC and Bluetooth so it's just a software issue. Stock roms must have some software EQ :)

Face Unlock is *not* included yet, but it's be very nice if it was!

Magisk does not install using any method.

Nice work overall!

Hi !!! I'm in PE12 and I want back to OxygenOS 10 but I don't know how to do it without brick my OP6T. Some help, please?
The easiest way is MSMDownloadTool. It will reset the phone to stock, though you will have to re-unlock the bootloader.

Just flash an oos 10 twice in twrp. Keep twrp by flashing installer after each. Wipe data. I would always keep twrp unless you have some reason to want completely stock

Thank you. But downgrade from A11 (OOS base for PE12) to A10 will not brick the phone?

And is TWRP already compatible with PE12?
It's slightly compatible with pe12. Won't be able to read data in twrp unless you format data to f2fs. You won't brick downgrading. Just wipe everything before and after to be safe.

Also no password if you want to read data in twrp with a12

    PixelExperience 12 News:

Fingerprint still broken, but now encryption available for EXT 4 too! That means that you will have encrypted phone with installong new build. Also, I small increased microphone volume. Now it normal (not like on stock) (now you can hear something) but in some apps like Google Recorder it is very loudy.

The camera app Is Google camera and I don't know when the fingerprint will arrive
There´s a general rule of XDA; don´t ask for time of update. These are voluntary developers, doing all of their work at their spare time. Maybe they have time to spare this week... Maybe next. Or in a couple of months.
    Be patient.

Just a warning for those coming from OOS or any other ROM that uses prebuilt vendor (pretty much every A11 ROM): It may ask for a unlock pattern (even if you didn't have one) or a Google account, but even if you enter your account it won't work (it says you have to use the owner's account). It probably happens because the new OSS vendor has FRP enabled, but OOS vendor doesn't (or at least OnePlus' FRP is different).

To fix it go to TWRP and clear the FRP partition by running this on adb shell:

    dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/frp bs=512 count=1024
