Perfect job in controlling CPU frequency according to temperature!
The CPU frequency drops when the temperature exceeds 50°C.
Overload monitoring works very nicely. (y)

Hi, since updating to the latest build, some of my app icons have been disappearing from the home screen when restarting 😫 Is anyone else having the same issue?

refer to changelog posted above. CPU frequency drops when temps are above 50°C. I dont game but i personally dont like this small threshold its mostly anti performance this way. could have been around 65°C for throttling as devices dont even get damaged at 90°C. Usually only temps over 100°C are concerning for processors. Batteries are only safe around 30-40°C. This change would certainly help battery health over time.

I think you're basing it on PC standards.
But the phone has no cooling compared to the PC, not even a decent passive one.
We have 8 CPU cores and each can develop high temperatures under load.
Damage from overheating is treated by hardware, but at longer loads the kernels start to shut down (without regulation) and at that moment applications crash.
For such a load, it is sufficient to use the car navigation system with the driving video running (Sygic+DashCam). 65°C of sustained operation will probably be unsustainable in terms of cooling and overheating will also occur. On the other hand, under light load, overheating does not occur and the phone can run at short-term maximum frequencies for brisk operation.
Patches to ROM with different values would be useful to test the temperature limit for regulation.

MIUI global stable is the most stable one
Stable , but laggy as hell

Okay, the first big and the most annoying one in pe 12, whenever I connect my headsets (be it wired or Bluetooth)to my phone the phone screen turns black and it becomes unresponsive, the Google assistant still works tho. And I can't use my phone until I reboot or disconnect my headset and this is a real issue because now I can't use my headsets and have to move to a different rom. I hope the developers fix this so that I can move back to pe.

From my experience with Pixel Experience Plus you can flash without worry. Always follow the ROM developer's instructions.

ZIDAN44 is not active on XDA since the end of May. Must be some personal problems. If his health permits, I'm sure he'll be back again. This kind of work is also a personal interest and pleasure of every developer. The only question is whether he will continue his original work.
Ha ha.. Updates will come soon.. :D
