Even there is no update i keep getting this notification and even restarting my phone the notification still persist
And for some reason updating to the latest update also feel more laggy than previous version

being this rom "Pixel Experience" and your device being spoofed as a Pixel Device , Google thinks that your "Pixel" is outdated that's why you have that notification

Sadly , until the developer send a newer version , that notification will be there forever.

Whenever I "fastboot flash boot" the .img file I get an error saying that the file is too large. I got the file from the pixelexperience, selected my devices redmi note 10 (mojito). This rom is for the Redmi Note 10 (4G) only the 5G vaiant is a completely different phone and not only it doesn't support this ROM, it doesn't support installing any custom ROM due to its Mediatek SoC.

As I said, AFAIK there are no custom roms for devices with Mediatek SoCs like your phone.
