I have been having problems installing this with orange fox. When I finally manage to flash orange fox I go to start ADB and it just freezes at starting ADB.

Anyone got an idiot's guide to flashing this. Really not familia with OrangeFox

Why you're using OrangeFox recovery?
Try using pixel experience recovery and sideload in it. It is the easiest way to flash without any issues.

If it's the first time flashing this rom I would recommend using aosp extended recovery
