Get vbmeta.img from your region's latest fastboot image then run this

fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img

I don't remember how I did it. But I never need to do this.

It was painfully annoying just to get TWRP on the recovery lmao

yeah. probably corrupted vendor partition. or older.

next time, you should use sideload over adb so you don't have to waste your time copy.

I've noticed that the built in recorder application doesn't work, in that despite having microphone access it fails to detect any audio when recording.

Click on the Mic, use Phone instead of Pixel 5.

In Android 11 builds. This works. But it doesn't on Android 12.

Captioning won't work either if you downloaded offline speech regonition pack. You will need to clear Speech Services by Google app data.

I'm using the Plus version and in my willow, the setting "Access Control When Device Is Locked" doesn't make any difference, the controls are always accessible in lock screen, so as the power menu
Anyone else has this issue?

I tried Lockdown my phone on my ginkgo and it asks for passwords.

hi, i have 2 problem:
first: when I make a call I don't hear a knock.
second: I have operator "ho. Mobile" and the rom not recognize. When connect to bluetooth, show me unknow operator.

Te lo scrivo in italiano forse sarò più chiaro.
Il primo problema riguarda le telefonate, quando effettuo una telefonata non sento bussare e la persona mi risponde direttamente senza che io sappia se stia squillando o meno.
il secondo è che avendo ho. mobile il telefono non riconosce l'operatore e inoltre quando lo collego al bluetooth dell'autoradio mi mostra operatore sconosciuto.
Inoltre ho problemi con whatsapp, sia le chiamate che le videochiamate vanno a scatti e hanno una pessima qualità.
Questi problemi li riscontro dalla prima release che ho installato.
Scusami se do fastidio e grazie per il supporto

I have installed the rom version pixelexprience plus 12.1 (17th May release) and I have one important issue about that:

My caller apps, default one google's, is not working well. Microphone is always like muted and person can not hear my voice. Also, speaker gives sound to out (not to hear) as default when there is a call on the phone.

I tried the Dialer apps from Simpler Apps Inc in Play Store but that doesn't make any difference.

Could you give me a hand to be able to fix the issue ?

I suggest to do a clean flash. I used, on my Willow, the TWRP recovery and the img of PE

Landscape mode/auto-rotate not working properly.

Also in calls the proximity sensor does not turn off the screen when bringing it closer to the ear.

There is something wrong with audio output when using apps like moonlight and audiorelay to play sound from PC on the phone. It sounds hollow and slightly shifted to the right earpiece. On audiorelay the issue is solved by disabling "OpenSL ES" and "request low latency" options in settings.

Hi guys, google dialer works bad, I tried to uninstall and reinstall with ADB but nothing has changed. I tried to install gapps on pixel rom, but nothing changes. To work well i have to flash any vanilla rom and then gapps. I tried aosp dialer and it works fine. I tried dialers downloaded from the play store and it works fine. With android 11 dialer I dont' have problem. The problem is preinstalled android 12 dialer with call recording. Does anyone have problems with dialer? Pls fix it.

Hi guys, i use pixel experience 12, but when i update the os there Is a brick and i have to swipe all the phone and i lose data. I use Orange Fox recovery, that's good for automatic update, but when it's all done phone data don't appear (recovery doesn't upload them) and there Is a brick. So, what could i do? Thanks

Installed the 17/05 Plus build on my wife's phone and she feels that the battery life has noticeably worsened. Have there been any improvements with the 14/06 build?

So I kept having this error on each month OTA update.
Should I reinstall stock rom?
