Mine charges to completion while PD is charging, however, it flashes the screen on and off as if the charger is being plugged in and unplugged repeatedly. Does seem to charge at a rapid rate that being said, and once the battery is around 80% when fast charging stops, the issue no longer occurs....odd issue

Edit: As I posted this the phone stopped charging, around 10 mins I guess. The only difference was flashing Dora v261 this AM

I have reported previously on an older version that I get an insane amount of standby battery drain if I enable wifi calling (dual sim active). Others said they have no issues like that. Today I updated (OTA update, no clean install) to the jan. 05 build and tried turning on wifi calling. I noticed the same severe and unusual battery drain over the hours that followed. I might try a clean install next but honestly I don't know what I could try otherwise. Anyways I wanted to give this feedback incase someone else has a similar issue.

I'm using this ROM as a daily driver and it has been really fantastic. Battery life is around 6 hours, ~1 hour more than oxygen OS 11, every thing runs really well. Thanks for this ROM. The phone does hang up once in a while, which gets fixed when I reboot it. I'll try and grab a log next time. Thanks for the wonderful work, devs!

Just experienced a SOD - phone was stuck in standby. Screen was off and all buttons and touch screens were unresponsive. Had to force reboot. Battery was at ~40% and phone is now working fine after reboot.

Hey !
I'm having an issue when setting a different background for the locks green : it doesn't show and stays the same as the home screen one... Though, the color accent of the device changes for some reason...
Any idea how to make it work ?

I can't add Visible apn in settings and can't write to "/product/etc/apns-config.xml". I am rooted btw.

Any help on getting the apn setup?

Hey devs, I just installed KOSP ROM into my OnePlus 7 Pro. I'm loving it so far, but the major issue I have found out is that my Android Auto is no longer working at all. Tried with three different Android phones. Two of them worked nicely but mine did not. When I plug my phone with my car I start getting notifications in my phone every second. I could not make my phone work with my car to display Android Auto. Please help me resolve the issue. I strongly believe it is the phone's software that is doing that. All the cables I used to connect my phone with my car work pretty well.

Hello everyone I just updated to 2.3 with the ota app and I have root , I had many issues and I want rest everything but I can't go to the recovery I tried everything , go to fastboot to boot the img and just restart and go to the ROM , I tried twrp and it's work everything rest but I go back to 2.2v and no recovery , any help or idea?

    KOSP is a small project based off AOSP and we intend to improve upon AOSP to provide a stable and better alternative to OEM roms with additional features.

    There are some cool features, see for yourself :D
    Truth is I'm just lazy to write a long list of features and we intend to focus on the stability rather than adding a ton of features.

    Gapps is included!
    Note:
    • guacamole has dropped sdcardfs
    • We are enforcing and safety net passes out of the box

    What's broken?
    1. You tell me :)

    Bug reporting:
    • DO NOT report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • Do not approach us without any logs for reporting bugs
    • If it is a random reboot, grab everything from /sys/fs/pstore. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    First time installation:
    • Download the fastboot zip, It ends with -img.zip.
    • Boot to bootloader
    • fastboot update --skip-reboot --skip-secondary zipname
    • Now reboot to recovery
    • Factory reset in the recovery
    • Reboot system

    Upgrading:
    It is recommended to update using updater
    Via recovery:
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Sideload with ADB (preferred)
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Reboot

    Via updater app:
    • Open Settings -> System -> KOSP Updater
    • Download the ota if available or if you have already downloaded the zip then use it for local upgrade
    • Install the update
    • Flash magisk to inactive slot (optional)
    • (optional) Reboot to recovery if you have anything else to flash
    • Reboot
