Do you use official TWRP? I recommend to flash this one: https://mi-note-10.eu/builds/twrp/AOSP12/
It's custom TWRP designed for Android 12. I had issues with official too, no more when using this custom build

It depends.
I usually can go 2 days without charging with even 10hrs sot
Auto brightness will be adjusted in the next update

Check your battery stats or use 3rd party battery monitor app

what do you mean by "hiding the keyboard"?

Something like that, a bar used to up even while using a gestures on Cipher OS with this single button to easily hide the keyboard. It is annoying, sometimes the back gestures triggers back instead of hiding keyboard. Actually, in some apps like snapchat it takes me to a different screen instead while doing to back gesture.

if you mean the arrow in the left bottom corner that dismiss the keryboard is already there, you might disable full screen gestures

Cipher OS had this arrow even with gestures and I found it very useful. At least in A11 version. I guess both ROMs have pros and cons.

I'd like to keep 90° rotation. The problem is that on lock screen, sometimes you take the phone upside down and fp sensor is not under the fp icon.
