Thank you very much for this ROM. Arrow ROM has been my favorite one.
Currently I am using Arrow Vanilla with NikGAPPS core edition.
There is no issue that I have found yet. Very stable Android 12 OS for K30 5G as far as I've tried many A12 ROMs on xda forum.

Fast Charging is activated at battery less than 90%. You can try to use battery until around 40-50% and plug in the QC 3.0 charger to your device. Let the charger runing for 50 minutes and press power button to see the charging status at the bottom of the Lock Screen. It should say Charging Rapidly.

I guess there may be some malfunction in the firmware. You can try flash Stock ROM with Mi Flash Tool. And flash this ROM with TWRP after that. I have no problem about fast charging with Arrow ROM of this build.
