I have just been able to dirty flash over PE 11. It works like a charm.

Oh really?? Did you use PE 11 Plus verision? I am using PE11Plus and I also want to use PE12 but in the description there is a hint to use a clean flash.

Nope, I was on PE11. This is the PE topic, not PE+.

I would just try to dirty flash over PE+. The worst that can happen is that you have to reinstall your device but if you like to tweak your device that is not a big deal, right? (Just requires a bit of good timing)

First thanks for the great ROM based on A12, I have two bugs:

1- Screen flicker
2- Android markup keep stopping, when I take screenshot and try to edit it

How do I update to the newest version? When I check for updates it tells me there's "no new update found". Can I force update without wiping phone's data?

Yes you can.
- Download the Update from the PE site to your PC
- Boot phone into recovery (assuming PE recovery)
- Select Update
- Open command prompt on PC
in command prompt:
- CD to directory with platform tools (ADB, Fastboot)
- adb sideload <path to the rom file>
- wait until flashing is done
- click back button on phone
- reboot to system

It's not A12 fault. I had the same issue on A11 but I didn't care enough to look for a solution.

I did not yet upgrade it because I am coming from PE11+ and first I need to do a backup etc... because this is PE12 (without +).
