All I removed are apps
If you missing settings it's most likely hidden somewhere in EMUI

Also flashing any B150 ROM will display B150 in the settings about screen. It's part of the Local.prop.

You get problems when your phones firmware is not actually updated to the displayed version. Like no WiFi

@clsA Thank you. I am new to custom rom, but have learned a lot by successfully flashing a bricked phone from B130 to B150 following you procedure. I believe the phone truely has B150 firmware as it is not only indicated by build number but also problems free. I have made a TWRP backup so I am worry free.

Like others, I hate the pre installed bloatware. They take the resources, ruin the performance, they are useless. I wish LineageOS were available for this phone, but your Bare_Naked Rom is a good choice, too.

Back to the topic, what could I do wrong that made cellular setting disappear? I followed exactly the procedure you gave,

TWRP Mount System, Cust and Data
Factory Reset (please confirm "Factory Reset" = "Wipe -> Swipe to Factory Reset")
Install Bare_Naked.zip
Install SuperSU
Wipe cache / dalvik and reboot.

If the setting is hidden somewhere in EMUI, how to make it visible?

Quicksettings - Mobile Data. Then you can see the APN settings option. Weird that we can't find it under settings app  .

Sorry for the typo.
Some MVNOs do need to enter APN manually.

Well this is odd. I can see my APN, but can't look at the individual settings or edit or delete it or create a new APN. I know I've done all that before, but don't recall when. .

Pull down notifications, switch to Shortcuts tab, press down on the Mobile Data icon until the Mobile network settings window appears. Do you see "Access Point Names" in the list of options? Click on it. When I do that, I can see the APN I created. There's no other way I can currently get to that view.

I don't get the popup to create a new APN or reset to default  . I wonder if I disabled some AT&T crapware that's needed to see this? Or could it be caused by the theme I'm using  .

EDIT: The popup is there after I hit the Menu button which was being obfuscated by the black theme I use. :)

@clsA,
I thought you use black themes ....... why are you screenshots looking white? Mine are black.

I'm trying this out, but the first time around it simply reverted back to the stock (bloated) rom. I'm wondering if I needed to format data. Is there any disadvantage to formatting data, in addition to factory reset?

Also, just to confirm, when you say we "must Mount - System / Cust and Data", you mean to check those boxes under the "Mount" menu, and then uncheck "Mount system partition read-only", correct? Thanks.

Actually, I went ahead and tried it again, and Nice! It worked. It already seems way faster than that fat-ass bloated stock rom.

I'm also not seeing mobile settings in the settings menu, BUT like others have noted, it IS available in the dropdown shortcuts menu.

Good news is it's operating much more smoothly, even more than your clean rom version.

Unfortunately, however, the data usage menu is now also missing. That's a big problem for us who need to restrict background data. I can't find anywhere to do that. It also makes it impossible to see data usage of a particular app under the app info menu.

If monitoring your data use is important to you theirs plenty of apps on the Play store for that
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andcreate.app.trafficmonitor&hl=en

Again this Rom is the Bare basic rom ... you want extras go find them on an apk Store like google play or apkmirror or apkpure
