I was able to pull build.prop, edit it, and push it back without breaking saftynet.
I was able to change DPI and add back the hide Softkeys button and I'm still fully unrooted and still can use games and apps that use saftynet.

@clsA B160 won't allow me to receive calls.

Everything else works as normal my phone just wont ring or notify me of a call. Your B160 Update works just fine with everything.

Well that's no good

I have never been able to reproduce this problem on my phone, so I'm not sure how to approach fixing it.

I'm on AT&T (not go phone) if that helps at all. lol

It's only with the stripped. I reflashed the update and that one works prefect.

@RN_ReFlux reported the same issue with [Rom][15April]Ascend XT - CleanRom B160 in
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71997188&postcount=89

I don't know if it got resolved.
No, I was never able to resolve this. I could get calls incoming after flashing the b160 update but not after flashing any of clsa's roms. I could get calls if I restored the rr twrp backup without WiFi or if I restored his slim and fast install through twrp.

On clsa's roms if I made a call first then I was able to receive calls immediately afterwards. Seemed like maybe the dialer interface was not getting the signal to start maybe?

Once you made an outgoing call, hours later if the phone went to sleep, would it still ring for an incoming call? Do you use any third party apps for power saving, dozing, etc that could be related?

The way I'm testing incoming calls is by calling out with the XT and then calling the number back. It works every time

From what @RN_ReFlux wrote, if you restart the affected phone, then after it finishes restarting, call the phone, it won't ring .......... maybe give that test a try. The test where an outgoing call is first made may be masking the problem of an incoming call not ringing for some, as I understand things.

Just to clear things up, You only have to make one call with the phone for the phone to receive calls normally from then on.

on the first call the dialer ask for permissions and you choose allow and it works from then on.

Didn't realize I never responded to this. Not true, Me making calls has no effect on receiving calls.

I can't get Pokemon Go or Mario Run to work? But yet I confirmed that the phone is not rooted with root check. What can I do?

Would it be possible to relock the bootloader and still have this rom?
Although it should be possible
I have not seen anyone successfully re-lock the bootloader on this phone

Even if it were possible you would never relock it while on a custom rom
you would have to return to stock with stock recovery before re-locking
