Hello !
Since I've moved back to this ROM, coming from PixelOS, I have the following message when I open the telephone app :

"This device is not compatible. Phone calls may not work properly".

This doesn't block the calls but it's a bit annoying.
Has anyone already got and solved it ?

Try a clean install, have you upgraded your FW to v12 stable (android 11)?

Mine working flawlessly, great ROM with longlasting battery usage (using built in kernel), the only bugs are auto-rotate are once in a while enabled by its own.

I've been lazy to install the rom cleanly but I think that it's the good way

the rom installation has succed but the app restore is a f-word mess : none will install.
It says that my memory is full when there's nothing on it !
I used the latest fw file : V12.5.4.0.RCXEUXM
I used the latest G-apps version

What did I wrong ?

What is best to update, i mean using the updater app or through recovery?
When we use recovery we can delete dalvik/cache. Does the updater cleans it automatically?
Any recommendations.

I think recovery is the best. If you actively update the rom, you should install DFE right after rom installation, or you'll lose your data everytime you update the rom.

No you can't. You need to clean flash first.

Did you choose vanilla version then install GApps?

Hello,
since the penultimate update Arrow-V12.1 Ginkgo-Official-20220506 vanilla, it is no longer possible to create a system backup with TWRP on SD card. Internal memory works, but is useless if the data partition is formatted and the backup destroys.

Did a clean install about two weeks ago - all good.

Got OTA update notification, downloaded, and rebooted - my phone got stuck at the recovery boot logo for over two hours.

I tried restarting - but it keeps going back to the recovery boot logo and getting stuck.

Restarted in fastboot - and can get the phone to boot into the OS by running "fastboot continue" - but each time the phone restarts, it goes back to the recovery logo?

I've tried flashing different versions of the recovery using fastboot - tried reflashinb boot.img - vbmeta.img, etc. I can't get the phone to restart properly, or into recovery.

Any advice?

First, I never try OTA update for Android 12+, always update straight from recovery. Have you tried orangefox recovery?

Yeh, lesson learnt. Problem is - I can't get into recovery, it didn't actually get that far with the OTP update.

Tried orangefox as well - gets stuck at the boot screen.

Looks like I'll need to flash the stock rom and start again.
