That behavior can happen on any new ROM flash. The solution is to calibrate your battery.
My OP5T have better battery Life after this last update.
You flashed a dirt flash or a clean flash?
My sugestion is, flash again a previous build and test your Phone again.
If problem persist, you have a bad battery and solution is replace it.
No verity or clean flash as already mentioned several times.
пReboot in recovery and that's all, although I'm doing a clean installation, advise which one you use for installation and which cleaning is better to do

And what is nReboot i can't find anything about that.
Just use orangefox recovery for example, but hey you could have found that out if you searched this thread once.
A clean flash means cleaning everything? That might be too much for a 1~2 months update. Any route so that one does not need clean everything?
Just tried flashing that NoVerityTreble4.zip before and after the 06/26 version, it says

The NoVerity zip you flashed is much older and no longer seems to work.
Hi. I just did a clean flash of 2022-06-26 and things look good. One exception, which appeared for me with the last version of the ROM too, is that outgoing calls do not ring. It gives a brief partial ring at the start of the call and then silence. I've tried resetting network settings as suggested elsewhere but no improvement.
Any suggestions on what I should do to fix this?

2Wtf is wrong with you @Cpt. Strawberry Crepe? @NurKeinNeid is providing builds for our old devices for free and you are demanding an extra build only for your needs. I think you should either stay on the last build that suits your needs or read the few comments from publishing the build on where dm-varity was needed first. Maybe you can gain some knowledge out of the comments and hopefully you can realise too that the world doesn't revolve around you.

Sorry for the delay. It's my fault. I was not satisfied yesterday. But it turned out it was just me. But that also meant that we now had more time and could add and fix more stuff. Many thanks to all who helped, especially to @idoybh.
I'm not sure I should push OTA. I think it's safer for the next release. I now have a whole week of free time and can finally devote more time to the ROM. Let's see what we can bring new.
