Hey i am getting this error while switching to slot A....... ( ERROR CHANGING BOOTLOADER BOOT SLOT TO A ).....can anyone help me please i am not able to flash custom rom.....whenever i tried to install rom it failed in both A and B slots......what i have to do.....my device got bricked can someone help plzz......i installed twrp but it showing this error when switching to slot A......is that tha cause i am not able to flash custom rom......

please add the moto-specific features and gestures. like the gestures, face attention (the one that keeps the display on while looking at it), and smart battery features
How is performance and battery life in general? I'm thinking on changing to a custom rom, my G60 got the Android 12 update recently and system performance is sluggish in general. I wanted to know if banking apps work on this rom, as well as moto gestures like shake to use lantern

Can you please add full screen setting where we force apps to display over the notch? Would be very helpful, also dt2w isn't working for some reason.
Do follow the procedure mentioned in the 'installation procedure'. After unlocking the bootloader reset the device via settings and then put your device in fastboot mode. According to the official installation procedure, twrp needs to be flashed just temporary. After flashing twrp, just copy rom file to the internal storage (too mentioned in the installation procedure) once done, flash. After flashing twrp will raise some errors/warnings, just ignore you will have new rom installed when device reboots.

sorry for the Noob question but do we have to unlock the bootloader before flashing?
Edit 25th July 2022 : Ok, so i unlocked the bootloader, flashed the twrp recovery given in the 1st post, erased internal memory and userdata, then adb pushed the Rom.zip to internal memory....then flashed the Rom.zip via twrp recovery.
Flashing gave tons of errors, it was frightening tbh but the SYSTEM booted just fine.
I like the user interface and overall it's smooth, but my reason for flashing this rom was to get AUTO CALL RECORDING (like the one in Mi phones with Miui dialer) but it's the same as in the Stock rom
Cube call recorder doesn't work for me as it's recording only my side of voice.

Well , yes my builds for pixel experience and Lineage OS has Volte & Vowifi with no issues.

Coming to auto call recording is all about accessibility part. Ultimately we cannot break privacy or integrate any recording app which can detect device state and trigger recording and save audio. Only way is all about 3rd party apps. On top of it we cannot integrate OEM based applications without having any proper licence by breaking rules.

I know it's not easy to build Android. I've built a few versions myself. I know it takes a huge amount of storage, and it needs processing power (unless you wanna wait a few weeks for the build process to complete). Not to mention the errors you get sometimes, and you have no idea where to start debugging. So...yeah. It's definitely not an easy task.

do let the system boot to stock rom. When the device loads with the os do perform a factory reset via the settings of the device. After the reset is done, flash rom via TWRP. This time flash will be successful. You will get some warning/error(if not this erro) in twrp, still pe rom will be installed and will boot with the next reboot.

Yaah battery working fine in 60hz refresh rate..
Also working good in 120hz , takes little bit more energy but not tooo much noticeable.,
