Massive props to u my guy, absolutely loving the rom. Anthony one issue im facing is the battery. It drains pretty fast, i thought that maybe having the mint kernel would make it better but yeh it's a huge issue. Please try to look into this. But yes other than that, everything is buttery smooth!!

I would like to know, what app is using your battery that much, that it's draining fast. I don't have problems with the battery.
I don't have any apps except WhatsApp. That is literally it. I have no idea why my phone gets hot and drains battery. Thinking of reverting back to Android 11. I dunno

u dont need to flash magisk. The mint kernel comes with magisk so just flash the kernel after flashing the rom in trwrp.
Dont flash the rom with mint kernel, as that has the magisk files. Just clean flash the rom, it will be root free

The Mint Kernel was posted by Santhoosh on 05/04/2022. So the users you are replying to, did not had this opportunity to use it.
Because of the fast drain battery problem you replied to a user, which was using an older version of this ROM. With Pixel Experience Plus Version of 05/04/2022 Santhoosh fixed the battery drain problem. I can approve this. Take a look on my post, there is a screenshot attached.

Next thing: The question if VOLTE is working was answered by Santhoosh in the description of the first post and also by himself, after @prahladc121 was asking this question.

I'm using LineageOS 19 right now and my phone battery lasted 18 hours. I tried Pixel Experience too but it only lasted 5 hours. And overheated. Please fix battery drain and overheat (not only during charge, even when i wake up and pick up the phone it was like a fireball, it wasn't even charging)
There are different versions of different dates of Pixel Experience. The older versions had problems with battery, the newer don't. Did you checked the thread?
when i was using, 10 march was latest so thats why i used that. and in the change log of the next version, it does not say anything that the battery problem has been resolved.
I flashed PixelExerienceL and I guess I fixed battery issue. Charged until 100% and wiped batterystats.bin file. Rebooted. Battery percentage fell to 96% charged until 100% again and wiped batterystats.bin again. I done this a few times and I feel my battery draining normally now.
I asked you, if you checked the thread and you said yes. Thread means all the posts attached to the post that Santhoosh initialized with his first post of presenting Pixel Experience ROM. Thread does not mean: Changelog. The reason i asked for this, is that you are not the only one who had problems with battery life and other people posted that also before. The reason why this is not written in the changelog is, that parts of this ROM are still under construction and sometimes people have to check it out first before bugs are really resolved. So next time please read through the thread first, for same problems that you have or for changes that are had been done.

Please note if you faced heating and battery drain issues with Mint Kernel, Then don't flash it until we fix it. Use the kernel that comes with the Rom for now. Dirty flash if already on PE Plus.
